About this notebook

Undue Attention is Jack's notebook about building with models at the frontier: inference, agents, and training on hardware you can actually own. Each note is numbered and dated, and gets revised when I learn I was wrong.

It is written to be read by people and by agents. Every note has a Markdown twin at /posts/<slug>.md, the site lists itself in llms.txt, and a remote MCP server at /mcp can search and fetch notes. How all of that is put together is note 1.
